We all had a great laugh at Aleksey Vayner but watching this "Team Building" video for Deutsche Bank answers a few questions about where Vayner might have learned to talk like that.

I can just picture the video director telling the bongo drummer: "Hey, Juan, this video is all about PASSION, okay? So put some extra oomph into your bongo playing and try to look really passionate."
