Or does it? Steve Case keeps apologizing for the whole AOL/Time Waner debacle, this time in a graudation speech at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (watch here).

And and and Cravath & Swain were on a contingency fee retainer on the deal ??????? Contingent on ????? Maybe that is where the real story is. Or at least a part of it. Any blood hounds with a little time on their hands/
