Zucks Uses Bucks To Buy Computers In Basement of 2 FaceBook Users

zucks.JPGDealBook reports that the increasingly nauseating FaceBook (inverse proportion to number of widgets added per day) has gone and bought itself a company. These are the details: the company is called Parakey (Latin for ‘the ability to belt-buckle bob for a Harvard drop-out’). It’s a start-up which had previously been “trying to bridge the gap between information hosted on the Web and data stored on computer hard drives” (translation: two FaceBook users). Parakey was founded and staffed by two people, Blake Ross and Joe Hewitt, “best known for their contributions to Firefox” (translation: they surfed the net a lot using Firefox, not Explorer). The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

You'd think with the paper billions this kids worth he'd go and buy himself some plastic surgury, or at least a Ferrari to detract from that doofy excuse for a face he's sporting currently

Zucks does own a Ferrari. People think he wears hoodies and t-shirt cuz he's humble - no it's because they're comfy. The kid still balls outrageous in SF for someone with onlt paper profits.

It'd be him and every almost other guy with money in SF. It sickens me. At least in LA they'll wear expensive jeans and hoodies. San Francisco has no class.

ughhh, I'm not a clothes-snob at all (like that fool who got ripped on for his strange Hickey Freeman obsession and Rochester tailors a few weeks ago), but thats just a tradgedy. Too many ex-Berkeley/Stanford geeks with more $ than taste, by a very large margin
