What kind of weirdo would want to live in a Church.

converting a house of worship into your personal playpen is completely dishonorable - these men are vying to rob public spaces are vital to the development of a community. surely there are actual residences for sale?

NHA - read the article again!

Suskind wants to convert the church into his own private residence.

Sender wants to turn it into an public art museum, open to the community, with no admission price to be charged - he doesn't want to use ithe church as his private home.

More importantly - did you guys read that Sender returned 22% AFTER FEES in August?

WOW!

Bess is on assignment in San Francisco. We expect her to return to the DealBreaker Bunker and regular posting tomorrow. Myrna Moss is a new addition to the team who you will learn more about tomorrow.

In the meantime, we'll let Bess know how much she's missed.

Sender returned 22% after fees in August? Is that a typo?

attn. derby, Only reason I'm up 22% is because there is no such concept as a sub-prime church. on an EV/EBITDA basis, the sector is incredibly attractive (only real downside is legal expenses for the diddling pastors/preachers). Lever 'me up some more HMTRS (Hampton's Methodist Total Rate o' Return Swaps) and i'll posting Global Alpha #'s circa '04-'05

Sender charges 5/50 on his fund. Thats what the little shrimpy schmuck told me on my job interview before he didn't hire me.

Regardless, #8/#12, whoever you are - how were YOUR returns in August?

tsk, tsk, tsk, anon 2:47...

So Sender didn't hire you - you, with your razor-smart-no-margin-for-error genius. And now you come and whine about it here like a lil' bitch while he earns 22% - in one month, evidentally. WAHHHHH, SENDER DIDN'T HIRE ME, WAHHHHHH....poor, poor baby....

A 44% (22net) month is well deserved for Adam D. Sender and his Exis desk. Senda is a great man and a better boss. Senda has the uncanny ability to feel the markets and trade the currents. While other guys are sleeping Senda is in the office at 615am and bangs his head on his 21 screens all day long while his competitors are playing golf and sipping martinis he scarfs down a quick salad before pounding the keys on the crude close. The guy is the real deal and Suskind should just "surrender the booty" so Senda can share his art with the community. Its for the community after all!! Senda, what a mensh the guy is. L'Shana Tova to all.
