maybe she should go with the asian guys; smaller penises but probably willling to settle on looks alone!!!

she should have gone to college and “studied” in the law school library

BTW, it was a hoax. the same posting was on craigslist in LA and others as well (with demographic variations)

not the first racist comment I see here on DB. there really is no limit here, is there? i won’t even mind a racist comment if it’s really funny… the one at 6:18pm… not even a bit funny… just lots of hate. you need to cool down, man. try to get drunk and beat your wife/cousin… or mess up your trailer or something… like your daddy used to do before the internet was invented.

GSBSD: if 6:18pm’s comment is something you actually find racist, outrageous, etc., then you need to take the leap out of fantasy land and join us in the real world. My guess is that you come from a rich family, never held a job growing up (nor as an adult, now that i think about it), went to a small liberal arts college in New England (maybe Maine), while your Daddy was slaving away making millions as a fund manager.
And while your folks were cutting your tuition check along wtih your $5k a month in spending money, you were busy cultivating a persona which enables a rich white kid from Greenwich to take on the plight of minorities around the world. And the people against whom you wage your fight against racism are the same kids you played lacrosse with in high school.
If your comment wasn’t so pathetic I would laugh, but it’s just flat out sad.
You are a jerkoff, go back to Greenwich and ask mommy and daddy for your rent check.

Please re-post the craigslist question if anyone has this saved or can remember it verbatim as it’s been “flagged for removal.”

    What am I doing wrong?
    Original Post:
Okay, I’m tired of beating around the bush. I’m a beautiful (spectacularly beautiful) 25 year old girl. I’m articulate and classy. I’m not from New York. I’m looking to get married to a guy who makes at least half a million a year. I know how that sounds, but keep in mind that a million a year is middle class in New York City, so I don’t think I’m overreaching at all.
Are there any guys who make 500K or more on this board? Any wives? Could you send me some tips? I dated a business man who makes average around 200 – 250. But that’s where I seem to hit a roadblock. 250,000 won’t get me to central park west. I know a woman in my yoga class who was married to an investment banker and lives in Tribeca, and she’s not as pretty as I am, nor is she a great genius. So what is she doing right? How do I get to her level?
    Here are my questions specifically:
    - Where do you single rich men hang out? Give me specifics- bars, restaurants, gyms
-What are you looking for in a mate? Be honest guys, you won’t hurt my feelings
-Is there an age range I should be targeting (I’m 25)?
    - Why are some of the women living lavish lifestyles on the upper east side so plain? I’ve seen really ‘plain jane’ boring types who have nothing to offer married to incredibly wealthy guys. I’ve seen drop dead gorgeous girls in singles bars in the east village. What’s the story there?
    - Jobs I should look out for? Everyone knows – lawyer, investment banker, doctor. How much do those guys really make? And where do they hang out? Where do the hedge fund guys hang out?
    - How you decide marriage vs. just a girlfriend? I am looking for MARRIAGE ONLY
Please hold your insults – I’m putting myself out there in an honest way. Most beautiful women are superficial; at least I’m being up front about it. I wouldn’t be searching for these kind of guys if I wasn’t able to match them – in looks, culture, sophistication, and keeping a nice home and hearth

Such honest, clueless, hapless golddigging. I think we all know why she is having problems meeting her “man”.
Thanks for posting the ad 8:24!

I resent that you guys don’t have to be up and working at 9:18am on a thursday and that you left work at 5pm

I think this chick is great. I’m sorry I didn’t get to her message sooner I would totally take care of her problem.

I knew a gal like the one in question. She worked for Enron before they imploded. She left them because of all the sex harrassment she was getting at the office. Showgirl pretty and very smart. She loved beer and good jokes. First husband made good money but started the coke habit. They divorced; she was broke. She tells me that next husband will be for “cash”. Hundreds of gas traders try to date her. Then she meets president of midstream natural gas company. Boom. She gets new BMW and $10,000/ month allowance. THEN she gets married to him. She was 31, he was 63. She’s happy; they moved to Arizona. Happily admits she is a gold-digger. “Might as well..” she used to say.
