
Having cut its stake to 652.9 million shares, down from 2.3 billion at the end of 2006, Berkshire Hathaway now owns less than 5 percent of PetroChina, and won’t be required to file additional updates on stock sales, leading analysts to believe that the rest of it could have been sold already.
