Prince Alwaleed Not Wasting Any Time

Alwaleed.JPGChuck Prince’s body is still warm and Prince Alwaleed is already out there, trolling for a new best friend, the bitch. The Saudi Prince and single largest Citi shareholder, who just last week unceremoniously dumped Chuck for reasons not made public, has reportedly purchased a “VIP version” of Airbus’s A380 superjumbo, in an effort to “reel in [his] next catch.” (The ladies/bank heads do love themselves some aviation porn.) The aircraft features 5,930 square feet of useable floor space, and will supposedly be outfitted with a rotating dance floor meant to showcase Alwaleed’s recently cultivated ballroom dancing skills to one lucky passenger. Sources close to the matter tell DealBreaker that Chuck is beside himself with the news, considering that it was on an older Airbus that Alwaleed first woo’d the ex-CEO, and because it’s another cruel reminder of the fact that he’ll now be flying commercial. It’s rumored that interim Citigroup chief executive, Sir Win Bischoff, has already been offered an advanced invitation to board the jet with Alwaleed “whenever,” which just seems tacky.

Oh please, some nuevo riche son of a camel humper buys some jet to make him not feel like a sand-nigger. He still is one, no matter how much cash he has. Besides, part of his cash paid for the September 11th attacks; oh wait, it was some OTHER Saudis who paid for that. Why didn’t we invade them instead of Iraq?

    Girl:
nice language and nice use of the english language. Let’s see if you can write a complete sentence next time. Do you fly business class often? According to Mohammed Atta that’s the best place to be sitting when you want to murder your fellow travelers and innocents on the ground. Also, girl, shouldn’t you be wearing your burka and submitting to your uncle’s sexual desires and not doing something wild like writing, driving a car or thinking for yourself?

  10. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 12:52 PM

If you actually do have balls, however, feel free to rise to the challenge and make yourself known. I’d be chuffed to meet someone whose ignorance far surpasses any I previously knew existed.

baruch singer, it’s “nouveau” not “nuevo.”
girl, get your head out of the sand and realize these moslems want to destroy us and all other infidels. or am i misinterpreting the “religion of peace” waging jihad on the WTC, London, Madrid, somalia, afghanistan, pakistan, indonesia, the philippines, chechnya, israel, iraq, lebanon et al.?

  20. Posted by Anonymous | November 12, 2007 at 1:26 PM

No muslim fundamentalist nation can lay a finger on the United States.
The WTC was 19 hi-jackers from several nations, including our buddy Saudi Arabia.
If we didn’t leave our Military hanging out to dry in the 700 bases we have worldwide, they might not be in such danger all the time.
I’m more than happy to have trade relations with any of these nations, but forming alliances just leads to terrorism and hatred.
    Jefferson was right afterall.

  21. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 1:30 PM

Having studied the religion, I would say yes, Pierre, there is a slight misinterpretation here.
It’s rather sad to see such blanket statements being applied , without the slightest attention being paid to the fact that the term ‘extremist’ denotes a minority. There are 1 Billion muslims in the world and 200 million in the United States. It’s a shame that the 199 million plus in this country, for straters, must suffer for actions which they do not condone.
By the way if by head in the sand you mean having studied this situation at the most rigrous foreign service school in the states, then yes, my head’s in the fucking sand.

  22. Posted by Anonymous | November 12, 2007 at 1:33 PM

your passport might say american, but you’re still a sandnigger

  23. Posted by pierre | November 12, 2007 at 1:35 PM

wow i didn’t realize girl that there were 199 million moslems in this country, when our total population is only 300mm. my rudimentary math skillz tell me that means the US is 67% moslem, when according to most calculations the US is 70% Christian. i knew they’re crazy breeders, but didn’t realize they were this fecund.
then again, no one ever said women were wizards with numbers

  24. Posted by Anonymous | November 12, 2007 at 1:35 PM

wow, does georgetown tell you that 2/3 of the american population is muslim? thought it was a good school

  25. Posted by Anal_yst | November 12, 2007 at 1:37 PM

@ girl – are you saying that 2/3 of the US population is muslim? Methinks you need to lay off the whacky tabaccy today sweety.
Otherwise your standpoint isn’t necessarily wrong. Idiot racists don’t help, but similar to the adage that all german’s aren’t nazis; all nazis are german, the same can more often than not be said that not all muslims are terrorists (very few in reality), most terrorists are muslim.

  26. Posted by Anonymous | November 12, 2007 at 1:40 PM

Georgetown – because not all douchebags are rich and well-connected enough to go to Princeton.

  27. Posted by Anonymous | November 12, 2007 at 1:40 PM

    Racist, sexist, homophobic??
Wouldn’t that be the realm of the Muslim?? I mean, don’t they own that more than any other religion or ethnic group?

  28. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 1:42 PM

you’re right, my mind’s all over the place this morning. I think it’s closer to 8 mil (and 7 mil plus who aren’t even close to evil)…so my apologies. trying to actually work at the same time!
nonetheless, it’s certainly a large enough number not to generalize in the way most of you are. I know it’s the easy argument to make but it’s not nearly as interesting as one that looks at the complexities of the situation and attempts to understand a culture before hurling insults.

  29. Posted by Anonymous | November 12, 2007 at 1:47 PM

That’s better. Now apologize for going to Georgetown.

  30. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 1:49 PM

@ Anal-yst- good point. I knew i hadn’t had enough cranberry juice today.
Also your second point is true and objective and abides by the laws of logic (a is a charactertic of B in most cases but cannot be said to be a cause of B), so I would agree.

  31. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 1:51 PM

    no way. i heart georgetown.

  32. Posted by slimjim | November 12, 2007 at 2:02 PM

Girl is correct, there are 200 million Muslims in the US. About 190 million are in hidding in the basements of your local WAWA. Racism is so uncool? What uncool is 19 savages flying planes into buildings. Have fun voting for Hillary you liberal bitch. I am sure she will protect us against the snake charmers. She will just get on her knees for the just like you. Thank you, Come again.

  33. Posted by chris | November 12, 2007 at 2:06 PM

Girl – thanks for the corrected statistics. 8 mm muslims in the US and 7 mm plus aren’t evil. Christ – so one in 8 could be evil. I didn’t know their religion has such a high percentage of evildoers.

  44. Posted by wha wha wha | November 12, 2007 at 2:36 PM

How does a university of any reputation (read: thats produced remotely successful graduates) have a negative endowment?
I”m pretty sure even North-Central Kalamazoo County Technical Academy A&M has a positive endowment, so, I wonder, WTF?

  45. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 2:42 PM

    @ wha wha wha
It’s not negative in the literal sense, it’s just embarassingly piddly compared to other universities. We’re working on this but it’s due to the fact that many end up working in government which is notorious for paying low salaries.

  46. Posted by ccs | November 12, 2007 at 2:45 PM

Uh, girl, so how, exactly, is a religion that advocates converting non-believers into believers or killing them somehow above racism?

It’s getting a little exhausting teaching you all common sense but this is my final attempt, and then I really have work to do.
@ ccs: This is taken out of context. Islam is considered to have only been “perfectly” practiced in the times of the caliphate (the few hundred years after Muhammad’s death). The reigns of the caliphs were the only time in which it is accepted throughout the muslim world that the state and religion coexisted and intertwined.
Now, the rule of Islam in this time practiced quite the opposite. It was the first society in which Jews and christians lived peacefully. In fact, as an act of goodwill and peace, Muhammad married the daughter of a Jew. They were allowed to practice their religions and were not even forced to pay the enforced charitable givings that Muslims must give, but were allowed to give their own amounts/to their own causes. As Islam spread to the south of spain, etc, you will still see examples of towns where churches, synoagogues and mosques were built side by side.
Verses are prone to interpretation and many of them taken grossly out of context. This can happen with the Bible, Torah, or any other religous book. But the practice of a faith in its prime (the time of the disciples, the Caliphate) is what leaves a more lasting legacy, in my opinion. You are, naturally, desrving of your own as well.

girl, don’t wast your time, Nicholas Mycroft learned his history from Village Voice. He wants to live in a society when fags can marry and butt bump in public. Is this what our forefathers thought when they fought for our freedom. You make me sick, we get attacked and you are worried about the people who attacked us. Hillary in 08 equals Osama bin Laden. Maybe thats what you want all America under Sharia. you scumbag.

  59. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 4:25 PM

i don’t imagine our forefathers would use such vile language against a woman, but then i’m sure you’re not too well versed in gentlemanly conduct either.
If you must know, since you’ve clearly never read a book in your life, our forefathers fought against religous persecution. That we are repeating it 230 odd years later is a sign of how little we have come.
    Good evening.
    (and thank you Nicholas)

  60. Posted by ccs | November 12, 2007 at 4:29 PM

girl, mycroft, guess i’m mistaken that many of the madrassas and mosques in that pesky region we call the middle east are educating–errr brainwashing–the next several generations of suicide bombers.
i didn’t realize that when it comes to the muslim faith that, really, it’s all about tolerance and world peace. thanks for the heads up.
curious, however, no christians, jews, hindus, scientoligists have strapped themselves (to my knowledge) with explosives and headed for the nearest bus stop, pizza stand, resort, etc.

  61. Posted by Finn | November 12, 2007 at 4:35 PM

It’s probably easy to toss a group of different ethnicities together and label them “sandniggers”, thereby revealing a bit of racism along with the analytical stupidity.
The best thing for the Middle East is to have people like Alwaleed and principalities like Dubai.
What we are seeing across the smart parts of the Middle East (largely the emirates) is the use of western methods to manage their assets, in contrast to years past of just blowing the oil revenues. This is a good trend.
When there is a “Buffet” of the Middle East, scores of young people there can look and say, “Hmm, do I want to be Alwaleed, or Osama?” or, “Do I wanna live in Cario or Abu Dhabi?”
It says to them that our way of life and methods can be applied to all (a lesson the Chinese are busy applying).
That does not discount the fact that Islam, as practiced by its most enthusiastic spokespeople and leaders, is plainly evil. You cannot ignore the fact that the nations that lead in defining Islam (Iran and S. Arabia) produce a philosophy that can’t be harmonied with western views.
But it’s just foolish to mock and label the people that ARE trying to do things in western fashion, while at the same time denigrating actual Americans with the use of nigger as suffix.
So girl is probably on the right track, math aside, in dressing down Baruch.

  62. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 4:40 PM

@ ccs: These underground fanatical movements in the middle east are indeed frightening. From what I have seen and heard on my brief visits to the region (Damascus/Beirut- though these are obviously different cases) these are underground initiatives that are growing at an alarming rate as opposition movements to the secular dictatorships in these countries. They are an outcome of the furor of a people that have been oppressed for so long and seek to further oppress others. It doesn’t seem logical, but alot of it is a result of utter frustration at their economical and social standing in the world.
However, the state funded teachings to this end (those you speak of) are- in my mind- completely disgusting. I contend that they have nothing to do with the original teachings of the faith. Saudi is full of such hypocrisies. The wealthy/those in power use this rhetoric as a way of instilling hatred in their people for a foreign entity, where the real problem is at home. This is the cause of the problem and naturally the solution is not to continously wage war but to lessen our dependance on their resources (oil) and thereby squash them economically. However our current leader has no intention of entertaining this notion nor, i fear, do any of the other candidates. So we’ll see what happens…

  63. Posted by girl | November 12, 2007 at 4:50 PM

Thank you Finn, though I still argue that if you follow that logic – allowing a nation’s government to define a religion- you are starting down a very dangerous track. Referring to the point I made above, GWB’s justification of some policies by claiming that Jesus spoke to him is just as much a denegration of the faith that is for many extremely holy.
However I like where you are going with allowing the common citizen access to prosperity- it’s an alternate view to the economic squashing i suggest above and probably far superior..
