Did you guys hear about HSBC?

Cut a bunch of senior sales people and traders in the Credit and Structured Credit business. I should know, I was one of them. Fuckers. Also shut the mortgage desk entirely - which took them a long time.

So stingy they're not even paying pro-rated bonuses. Happy Christmas to you too you bastards.

Do you guys know any good lawyers? Or people hiring? :)

all these quant-types should have figured out by now that b/c of adverse selection, only d-bags were likely left anyway.

Those structured products/CDO/SIV/MBS DBags deserve to get canned... They were tremendously overpaid in the first place... And salespeople on Wall Street are mostly high priced order clerks who's only expertise is forwarding markets on Bloomberg, answering the phone, and making excuses on why they won't honor the markets they just sent out... Bunch of B*tches!
