Donald Trump Reacts To Calls For 'Stimulus' Plan

There's a lot to love in this interview with Neil Cavuto and Don Trump (Cavuto's expressions (he's definitely been practicing these, go to 9:02 and tell me I'm wrong); Cavuto's jokes (DT: "Ben Bernanke could've been a leader, instead he was a follower" NC: "He should've read Think Big And Kick Ass In Business And In Life") ; Cavuto's ass-kissing ("I love when you say 'You're fired,' I love when you do that") but if I had to choose my favorite moment I'd go with:

Trump: If i were president right now, you'd have $30 oil. I would call up Saudi Arabia and say "That fucking price is coming down and it's coming down now" and you know what? They'd lower that price so quick and it'd be so easy.

Cavuto: What if they didn't?

Trump: They will.

agreed on the "too honest for politics". Who's willing to admit that US military is probably one of our few remaining strengths? But he does make a good point...there could be others in the world who try to bail out the US and find major problems back home. Abu Dabai and China could really suffer from oil price dips and recessionary drops in exports and big jumps in inflation.

first prize is a new car. second prize is a bag of candy canes. third prize is you're fired.

I liked the wheat into oil thing, wheat/corn, oil/ethanol. Whatever. Also the bit about Mer laying off 4 million people and the likely effect on Manhattan RE. This guy should be doing standup, George Carlin style, only from the perspective of the golfing c*cksuckers. Thanks.

know what i hate about this site.... i don't have time to watch a 9 min video but want to know if the quote about oil is something he actually said. of course, i'll have to watch the video to find that out because of how much made up shit is in these posts

hint - shorter videos, we can't trust your quotes because who knows if bess was just being witty

God do I hate Trump, but he is correct when says times like these create buying opportunities. It will be interesting to see 3 yr return rates for a lot of the hedge funds in 2010.

175bp cut? fucking christ, that puts the dollar on par with charmin.

I think the title of the this article / post should have been Is Fox Business Retarded?

how about taking a poll on this Bess?

Posted by NSD, Jan 18, 2008 2:06PM

You only run polls for debatable issues

What does it say about the US that the only recognizable difference between our President, our most celebrated businessman and your average village idiot lies in their circumstances? Shock then that the wheels are coming off.

Seriously, is this guy not the best? Also, saw his daughter the other day, she is a work of art.

I went to school with his daughter and banged her. Fo reals.

Trump's naive little-boy view of the world would make him frightening as Fed Chairman. A 100bp rate cut in a single meeting would, as someone else pointed out before, cause massive inflation. We would all be hauling sacks of dollar bills to the store to buy our six packs of MHL.

I do love his criticism of Reaganomics in the beginning of the interview ON FOX BUSINESS NEWS. I imagine that's as sacrilegious as farting in church to these people.

And the vitriol he reserves for the Saudis et al. is priceless.
