Use the link provided by uh-oh@2:12pm. The last set of posts on DB on the Tobias case were as weird as as anything I've ever seen.

The toxicology reports are taking so long because of one or two of the following: (1) The laboratory is backed up, and isn't managing cases efficiently, which is a sign of trouble in a medical examiner's office; (2) The original results raised issues about drugs they don't usually work with, and they needed a separate consulting toxicology laboratory to either confirm results or perform further testing. These separate consulting toxicology laboratories can take six weeks or longer to complete their work. When laboratory data do come into an ME's office, they need further review by a pathologist, who interprets the relationship of the drugs to the cause of death.

Yeah I think it is Billy's friends and other former filo/seth employees flocking to our humble trashy blog here
