First let me tell you that Billy Ash did great at the depostion and told the truth on what he was told happened that night. Billy Ash could care less if P.I's are sent by Filomena as she is now making threats. Filomena has cancelled her depostion and remember she tried two times to block him from being deposed. It's sad that Filomena killed her husband Seth Tobias and her third husband Jay Jacknin told her to use his cell phone when talking to Billy in case her phones were taped. It's also sad that Jay Jacknin got on and called Billy from his office, cell and than several times from his home to tell him to lie in probate. That call was taped between Jay and Billy. It's very sad that Billy Ash had to hire a private P.I.'s to go and get statements from all past workers of Filomena's and Jay's that they pay there workers in cash and won't give 1099's and than make threats about taxes when the worker's don't do as ordered and Jay's office represents that area for taxes. Filomena killed Seth. The tox reports are out and his body contained ambien. That is what Billy has said for 5 months now. Billy also passed a polygraph. Jay broke the law and knew he was doing it since he is an attorney. Jay will be called as a witness and have to leave the case. Jay should look up the word purjury and think about the crimes he's involved in. Jay has made claims in the past that Filomena cheated on him, was doing lots of drugs, and threatened to kill him. Filomena killed Seth Tobias and Billy wasn't the only one she told. There are 6 known witness at this point in the criminal case and all will come forward if Jay goes over the top in any area. Billy feels very sorry for her but wasn't going to go to jail and cover up her crime as Jay Jacknin did. God Bless Filomena and I hope she doesn't get death but she did kill Seth Tobias. God Bless Billy Ash for coming forward.

Has everyone seen pictures of Filomena? Why would a good looking guy like Seth be with her? She looks like a man. Everyone on this site agrees that she killed him. The crazy sex change needs to go to jail. The tox reports are out and say that he was filled with ambien. Just for the record I always believed Bill Ash after he took the polygraph.

I was at the Mardi Gras event. It was a lot of fun and it was a benefit so that was even more special. There were a few guys that got out of control taking pictures. The crowd wasn't going to have it. Then everyone started that Filomena should be in jail. Things calmed down and everyone had a blast. The public wants her arrested. The event was fun. I never got to talk to Mr. Ash. I have google set to pop every time a Seth Tobias story comes up. We talk about every day at work.

Filomena cancelled her depostion so she has time to review Bill Ash's depostion and fit her story. She's also thinking an arrest is coming so she doesn't want them to have her under oath and have time to look at her lies. She's in trouble. Phyllis murdered Seth in a horrible way.

Why do I have the feeling that a number of these posts were written by the same person, and that person might be Billy Ash?

My interest piqued by a comment made at 5:20 pm that the toxicology report on Seth Tobias had come back from the ME's office, I checked on the internet and found that the ME's office had found a "small amount" of cocaine, alcohol, and Ambien. That doesn't sound like a large, crashing overdose that would impair someone to the degree you could entice him into a swimming pool.

It doesn't sound like the ME's report fanned the flames on this; it got very little coverage. Probably because it was so unsensational.

What did the ME rule was the cause of death? Intoxication from the drugs? Drowning? What was the manner of death? The choices are accident, homicide or suicide. My hunch is accident.

Just to inform you that a lot of these posts are from me-the anonymous ones. I am not Billy. Actually, I grew up with Seth. Seth and I were very fond of each other. I met you twice. Once at Mel's and the other when you put on your performance at the cemetary. We have also had some lovely conversations where you threatened me, as well as you leaving lovely(sarcasm) messages on my cell phone.I do understand...You were so threatened by me. You are truly one sick P.O.S. As I have said before, just waiting for you day to come.

The Jupiter police have confirmed the case has been sent to the D.A. February 7. We should hear an answer in 7 to 14 days. Also the M.E. reports are not on line Filomena and Nancy. It was huge amounts of crushed ambien in his system. Filomena murdered Seth Tobias. Look at all the facts.

First, I want to thank Beth for her last post stating that M.E. reports are not on line and that there were Huge amounts of ambien in his system. What about the plastic bags with crushed ambien.
Secondly, I hope this comes to an end sooner than later. Elaine, Joel, Syd, and the brothers need closure.Can anyone imagine how painful this must be for them?
Lastly, thank you Billy Ash. Let's just hope that Filomena gets exactly what she deserves.

Not me. There are no charges to be dropped and I am never disgusted by the M.E., police and State's Attorney's office doing their job. I am disgusted by adults posting juvenile comments. The second I see "P.O.S." I really think, "Now, this person has something worthwhile for me to read." Act like an adult, say what you have to say with some measure of responsibility and taste and maybe someone will care about what you have to say.
