No! You Can Never Be Too Orange In Moz's Eyes!

mozilo.jpg

I just saw (not so) "big al [Greenspan]" leaving the hotel on fifth ave (next to cipriani btwn 59th/60th). Not only does the guy have a Louis Vuitton luggage, he had an orange LV duffle. Seriously, what was he thinking?...I would have taken a picture if hadn't been so nasty outside. The orange was similar to a "blood orange", even moz would have been appalled.

was it fake or real LV?

Hm, funny...I saw Moz taking a cat nap in Hollywood Tan on 12th St. No LV, just a pair of flip-flops and some fuchsia shorts (which coincidentally, from afar, give you the impression he's a eunuch).

@ LA-- the story is about greenspan, but the tipster is quoting moz. as an expert in the field of orange.

@3:23 - thanks for lookin out, but the post reminded me of the 12th Street surprise that brightened my eyes.
I'm not just building a mystery here.

Choice of color aside, what exactly is wrong with LV? Maybe Greenspan has yellow fever, and knows massive amounts of LV is the sure-fire way to attract them.

BSD: Flaunting designer handbags and luggage is now considered passe. The fashionable thing is to have something understated, one-of-a-kind, but still wildly expensive.

everything is wrong with LV- its fucking ugly, overpriced tasteless rubbish for tasteless rubbish people

all people who carry those bags should be shot at close range

@ girl: i love you

Remind me not to let my wife walk past girls office. What is your alternative suggestion girl?

@BSD: "Yellow fever"
hahahhahah. 3 for 1 in the back.

Posted by girl, Feb 13, 2008 4:40PM

haha thanks 4:31

@nominate me- bottega, balenciaga, ysl...or just smthg brandless that is made of nice buttery leather- not that bumpy ostrich-hide crap LV uses.

girl: what do you know, what you're calling "crap" is actually "vinyl impregnated canvas". So there.

coach?

Posted by Anonymous, Feb 13, 2008 6:21PM

Coach? COACH? So far gone it's hopeless. See girl @ 4:40 pm or Anonymous @ 4:14 pm. The only thing that would revive Coach would be if Mary-Kate Olson starting carrying one as a retro statement. Flowing locks, loosely draped clothing, and COACH? Not too likely to happen.

@girl - I hope you understood the sarcasm in my comment. Also - you're going to need a lot of ammo since you just put out a contract on the entire Korean population of Orange Country/LA.
P.S. Style points for ysl - not enough ladies rocking them these days.
P.P.S. At the end of the day it'll always be the Kelly bag. That's how I justified buying the Maserati to the wife (never mind my present to myself was 10x more expensive, but took just as long to make).

my policy...if they got hermeez, they got no herpes....if they're flashing louis, all talk's hooey.
