I was wondering what had happened to the allegations of homicide after I read on the internet that the ME said its tox lab had found "small amounts" of Ambien, cocaine, and alcohol in Seth Tobias' bloodstream.

It doesn't mean that the Tobias brothers have to stop pursuing Filomena Tobias in civil court, if the Tobias brothers have the money and don't mind spending it for this purpose.
