This would be funny if parking lot spot market employment for white collar jobs didn't look like a best case scenario for so many people right now.
Update: We're told that this clip is from a short film created by Screaming Frog Productions.

I would've made the broads take off their jackets to inspect their 'merchandise' and would've only hired them (after doing some spirited jumping jacks). You can get male undergrads or recent grads who are willing to work 80 hours a week for the concept of 'the big money'. After four years, you just let 'em go and get a new crop of slaves, err workers. Same with the females once they either get a bun in the oven or too many wrinkles. Let's face it: if you folks were bright you wouldn't be working for me - you'd be self-employed.

Just perusing this quickly (I've got a job to do folks..), but isn't the subtle point that we should put ourselves in the shoes of a day laborer -someone who's begging for work. And maybe feel some empathy?

I would say its funnier sans the empathy...
