Actually they get a much better deal than sex offenders. As a hacker myself, I have to say the new jobs they got were rather a step down from before...and in totally different lines of work.

I would think Mr. Kerviel might do well working for Symantec or someone like that...

Leave Dan alone. MPD is a serious thing and needs to be treated with lots and lots of electro-shock therapy. Plus serious drugs and a rubber hose.
