Coming from the medical perspective, ultra sound ablation for gall stones is not the wisest therapy. There's a high risk the stones just turn to sludge and aren't expelled, which may lead to a medical emergency such as acute cholecystitis.
Better to do elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
