I believe that Day is the first Tuesday in November this year. Poor John McCain-and he seems like such a nice old fellow too.

If it’s good enough for underpants gnomes, it’s good enough for Pandit & Co.

Is this a great year or what? One can rise from being a Nazi soldier to become a pedophile enabler and protector (and get all the alter boys/girls you could ever want) and yet *still* address the UN General Assembly and have people worship you! What a great year it is! Or perhaps the UN is filled with more idiots than the US government (specifically the President and Congress).

@11:39 You’re wrong there. Once the R machine gets going Obama will look like a total fool. Hilary could have withstood it, not this weakling. He’s the last in a long line that began with Stevenson, continued with Dukakis and was last seen in the form of John Kerry. Smart and ernest. But not a practical bone in his body. Not a credible commander in chief. You’re being fooled because most people like him appeal to the brie eating Volvo driver set only. His race however means that he was able to nab the minority vote too, so he seems more popular than he really is. Besides the election comes down to winning two of PA, OH and FL. No way hes gonna win any of em, since he’s all but tied in even blue states like NJ and CT. He’s gonna go down in flames. Its gonna be McGovern redux.

@12:22 I believe 11:39 is saying McCain is going to win. Nutbag.
Hope you enjoyed getting your rocks off, though.

“2. ?” This one is easy… it’s an irate call to the newsroom, from Rupert screaming about the Journal’s negative picture of business, after he’d publicly promised a more “business-friendly” Journal when he bought it. This followed by overt threats of job cuts. The Journal’s editors are smart, they know what to do.
