I agree I think she killed him and the brother's wouldn't of gotten a penny if Billy Ash didn't come forward. All they had left was his deposition. Filomena and Billy both provided us a great deal of entertainment. Now that Billy is out of the picture, how do I apply to be Filomena's psychic? Sounds like he was getting a lot? How hard could it be? Filomena's insane..lol!

Filomena Tobias did not attend today's court hearing and her attorneys said she would not be available for comment. She also never helped the police. Why is she hiding? Why did she settle? Sure sounds like she did it?
