The most important thing Bearpont Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon said on record to Charlie Rose? “I hate it when I hear about kids working through the night.” Take this tacit approval of you moseying on out of the office at 5 and run with it.

He didn’t have an issue with them working through the night, it is expected/required. He doesn’t want to hear about it, just like I hate it when my kids started yammering about how much homework they have.
@ab – you have kidS?!?
wrong, AB. watch the clip.

Too long, didn’t read.

@1:43 Has kids, ha, ha. Loser.
@2:02 – exactly why does having kids make someone a loser? does that mean your parents are losers too? okay, I think it’s nap time go to your corner…
@cluzo – please let’s not encourage 202 to start breeding…
He said that he hates hearing that kids are working through the night on meaningless work, not working through the night in general.
yes, but, 2:20, but first year excel work IS meaningless.
@FUN What a tool.
technically, it makes AB a winner in the most important game of all….darwinian fitness….
We don’t know if the baby is his.
@2:22
While the work is extremely tedious and, in the grand scheme of things, well, as ungrand as it gets, it is a necessary evil to make sure the data is right, the model is right, the assumptions are at least remotely tested, blah blah blah. Hence, having the relationships to consumate a deal may drive flow, but if you don’t have the foundation, you’ve got no deal (or just a bad deal)
there are three of ‘em, so odds are that most of my selfish genes are through to the next round of the playoffs.
Good luck at the farm.
I ain’t going to work on Jamie’s farm no more …
