Got Money To Burn?

Jeff Larson, who lost about $1.5 billion and his hedge fund, Sowood Capital Management last year, is looking for capital for new firm Larson/Kelleher Capital Management. Though we can't promise he won't make a few more wrong way bets, and lose it all again, rest assured that in the event your money is put in a bag and lit on fire, you'll be receiving a very apologetic letter from an almost suspiciously sincere sounding Larson.

Bess,

"money in a bag and lit on fire".
"Yell FIRE in a Bank".
"burn 50-cent's house down".

You like fire, don't you? Here's my suggestion:

You go set that whole 740 Grayskull place on fire. Burn all those fucks out of there.

The Guy from Delaware

p.s. Get Mr. Carney to throw that idiot Ravi clown into the blaze too. He'll forget all about his GMAT score.

TGFD-- you've made a joke about burning down schwarzman's house about 934,918 times. None of them have been funny. Give up.

#5Guest@10:10am...

You exaggerate. I think it's been only 3 or 4 times. Bess does seem to like fire, though. I'm just encouraging her to develop her potential as a blossoming arsonist.

BTW, you must be having a difficult morning. I'll overlook your unhappy comment.

The Guy from Delaware,

Why do you want to burn down me? And why should anybody ever forget about my GMAT scores. After all it isn't everyday that anybody gets 780. Not even most people who get into Chicago and Wharton which are my two top choices. The average GMATs there are close to 720. I being an Indian am beating you Americans at your own GMAT game to get into your own top business schools. And then, just you wait, once I'm in, I'm going to get an offer from Kohlberg, Kravis & Roberts Co. The high 780 GMAT is just indicative of my future success at Wharton or Chicago.

While we're on the topic, does anybody know the importance of getting a summer internship at a PE before one gets a full-time offer? How hard are the internships at KKR to get? I'm ready to settle for Texas Pacific Group in a second choice kind of way if KKR doesn't work out.

the guy from India,
RAVI

PS: Thank you all you lovely Indian ladies for your proposals of marriage on my last post. Please other interested ladies send your interest on this post. Indians not necessary, lovely Americans and Europeans are welcome as well.

PPS: Screw you Delaware, yay for Delhi!

Ravi, you can't get an internship without showering daily, so you're fucked.

#8: Oh, this revelation is most sad. It did not seem to bother all the lovely Indian ladies, though. And, indeed, my life's aspiration is to get...as you say..."fucked". As such, then, you have confused me greatly.

Whoever is posting as a fake Indian guy almost ... *almost* ... pulled it off.

That last bit about "you have confused me greatly" gave it away, though.
