I didn’t know Nick Denton had posting privileges here
it so obvious… they are scared to report things now.. such a joke..
A rumor is something that happens when you make money at the expense of a large financial institution with a toxic balance sheet.
Basically someone is mad at you for actually making it off the titanic in time. The nerve.
Over/under on how long it will take before the Fed steps in and takes CNBC off the air for a few days?
Dennis Kneale is short America.
Maybe the Fed can ask congress for oversight of CNBC and then we can truly be the U.S.S.A. .
well, if the federal government “takes over” fannie and freddie, then technically the united states government will hold title to most private property in the united states.
we’re making the commies proud~!
Isnt Chuck Schumer a rumor monger? Didnt he bring down Indymac?
When will he be indicted?
Dennis Kneale and Michelle Caruso Cabrera annoy the grap out of me
Michelle has grandma arms to it is so weird for a broad her age, she has a nice rack however
@2:51
actually, the government would hold a lien against the property. title and rights of ingress/ egress would be be vested in the current owner.
hope you know more about finance than you do about real estate law.
America is short Dennis Kneale.
hi 4:08
you are correct. i should have said lien rather than title. i was trying to identify ownership rather than legal terms for effect. i find some bitter irony in the fact that a lot of wall street capitalists are looking for the federal government to take control of fanny and freddie.
anyway – it does seem like you know a lot about real estate so maybe i could cop some free advice from you? thanks in advance.
i have a bunch of local (nyc) real estate which i collected in the very early 1990′s. should i sell some of it?
a simple yes or no will suffice.
Excuse me Satan, aren’t we related?
about time you guys hired a writer with some credibility!
@4.57 – haha! Dealbreaker.. building bridges and reuniting loved ones one comment at a time…
@anal_yst– slash that they stopped linking to your blog.
HAHAHA CNBC all scared now. What a joke. Just weeks ago they were all bold and obnoxious, with hag Maria and Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong Erin and Michelle and Kneale and Kernen acting like what they said really mattered. SEC will be investigating all of them. All they’ll find is stupidity. And ugly faces. ick.
they cant take cnbc off the air just yet..I am in the middle of an over/under on how many times Becky says “this morning” and “”right now “each day” I’ve got 50 and its been a gold mine so far..sans these words she’s be mute.. does anyone else find it amusing that many times they have a “panel of experts” to blah blah about something and this “panel” consists of their own correspondents?Next they’ll have Bouroudjian (or w^howver you spell it) replacing Wilbur Ross as commentator..
Ha. There is only one conclusion that one can draw from those anti-cnbc comments. Clearly the dumbest mo fo on the tube and the guy who can barely utter a sentence, albeit always misinformed, is the Gasbagarumor. Thus, one must conclude, the author of the comment is the cum swallower himself or his butt boy- Gasbagarumor. Break news? Couldn’t break a window with a bulldozer. ha
