After the PHB eagerly accepts “responsibility” for something:
Dilbert: “‘Responsibility’ means blame.”
PHB: “Ooooh, this is just like the time I got burned on that ‘Accountability’ deal.”
Fortunately Steenland is smarter than the PHB and, as usual for a manager, has managed to take responsibility without accepting any accountability.

I think all the airlines are sending out letters urging travelers to contact congress about oil speculators.
