    Off topic but, I wonder how many homeowners that housing bill is gonna help, given all the limitations (like giving up 50% of any gains after 5 years) written into the bill.

    #7: Yea the Craigslist rebuttal said it all. With age men get more desirable (richer) and women get less desirable (less attractive). I’d put the inflection point at 30-35, not 48 like the article.
