All in all worthless - like this post. Couldn't you have put that at the beginning of the post?

does Dick Fuld drive a RR Phantom with the license plate 'DF'? (just guessing). If so it's parked up on 50th street for all you ex Lehman types that fancy taking your revenge with a 9 iron.

Since when can you park anywhere in midtown, between 7am and 7pm. Sure theres not a driver in that car?

Ya, Dick Fuld gave these lyrics to Game:
We are not the same, I am a Martian
So approach my Phantom doors with caution (caution... caution)
You see them 24's spinnin'? I earned em

nope, window partially wound down too. It's parked opposite the Daisy Mays cart.

Hank was just f'ing with Dick. Hank likes to mention a different firm is worrying him at each dinner he attends. Always a hit with his in-laws during the holidays.

Bess did a post where no one "takes a load" or gets "Ass pounded" What a nice girl...

Speaking off the holidays - hanks brother was a fixed income sales dude at LEH.
Should be interesting times at the Paulson Thanksgiving table.

@15 oh shit....

That is the second Thanksgiving table where I would like an invite, the first? Alan Colms (Hannity and Colms)is married to Monica Crowley's sister.
Posted by guest , Oct 15, 2008 3:07PM
18 Interesting. I'm totally left but have always found Monica Crowley to be interesting and thought provoking. Clearly not a Rush or Hannity, where its all stupidity and emotion. Maybe that's why she's no longer on the air.

no, she is on the radio.
she was promised a program by MSNBC, Dan Abrams made a 360 and all of a sudden she was out and Rachel Maddow was in, the handwriting was on ther wall.

enuf with fuld already. it's over, let it go. isn't there new fodder to be found?
Posted by guest , Oct 15, 2008 4:03PM
@21- yeah, see all the other posts today, dbag.

I think the big point, is that the US Treasury Department has declared war on those of us who try to hedge our risk.
I am glad I am a piker, it appears that if you run a 10 digit fund or larger, you have a giant bulls eye on you and Hank is out hunting liquidity for his banks...
Prime Brokers are targeting their clients now...

Oh and PS- takeaway #7 -
for some reason HP stared longingly at my ass, drooling, and mumbled "mmmm gonna have some of that someday"
What on earth did he mean by that? oh well...

"But that’s not all. He goes on to say, “And why did [Lehman's] chief operating officer for Europe, Benoit Savoret, get a $16.2 million bonus when he was also fired? Fuld testified in Congress that this money was owed to Savoret as part of a contractual obligation. But wasn't this contact rejectable in bankruptcy court, which would have made it simply an unsecured claim? Therefore was this simply an excuse to give a gift to a departing executive? In my opinion, this money should be returned to the Lehman bankruptcy estate.”
