@11, i think 9 was trying to say that it doesn’t matter that you break the buck every week. if your firm is writing off its net income since 1900. the employees might not deserve a bonus. they’re still highly compensated.

@12. Thanks, but you are misinformed. The majority of our compensation derives strictly from bonuses. The base only allows us to live month to month. I can far more than my base doing other things.
I hate to tell everyone who does not know this, 30:1 leverage is not a lot, banks use 10:1, that is the norm. 30:1 is a joke, 400:1 now that is something.
Again with this 120 hours a week s!!t. Someone put it best last week when they admitted that that stuff is not being productive but instead a form of hazing by the MD’s. Payback for what they went through.
