what a joke! of all the provisions added on page 262, I’m not sure any of them make it a better “rescue plan”. just another example of politicians not being about to stop politicking…did they really need 3 extra days to add this $hit? I’m sure they have a trash can full of pork barrel projects just waiting to be added on to any bill at a moment’s notice.

This whole thing is so f-ed up. I’ve been streaming CNBC and C-SPAN in my office for a good bit of the day and haven’t heard one single politician mention any of the extra “pork” in this bill. And we all know that 98% of the population will never read this shitty bill. Which means that they’re able to slip all of this in without anyone having any idea what the hell their politicians voted for.
And what’s different with the initial bill? I haven’t had time to do a thorough analysis, but all I see are added items that, like I said, no one has talked about at all and the general public may never know about. .
This is f-ing absurd (but par for the course in our political system).
