I bet the CEO had inputs on this slide. He had to "involuntarily" sell CHK stock, and probably learned a lesson or two in diversification/hedging.
He has done some interesting things in the past (remember the USToday/WSJ full-page ads commending the Duke Lacrosse team? Apparently, he was behind those).
"For a team very few people stood by, how about a standing ovation?" read the main headline," with copy that extolled the virtues of the 2007 team, including a team grade point of 3.4, a 100 percent graduation rate and 570 community service hours logged "on behalf of worthy organizations."

Do they have a similar slide on margin buying? Might want to forward that one to the CEO.

McLendon is also the guy who bankrolled the snakes who stole the Sonics from Seattle.
Sometimes bad things happen to jackasses too.

Food for thought:

I disagree with that dude (inefficiently) shopping for a new butt plug being labeled lehman...you can still see some horn. That is more like Morgan.

@8
I tried searching for a scanned copy but couldn't find one.
The text of the ads is described here: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/06/05/AR2007060500743.html
"For a team very few people stood by, how about a standing ovation?" read the main headline," with copy that extolled the virtues of the 2007 team, including a team grade point of 3.4, a 100 percent graduation rate and 570 community service hours logged "on behalf of worthy organizations."
