It amazes me that, given the degree to which the R party and its main man GWB have screwed up the entire world over the past eight years (during six of which he was accompanied by a R congress), you're not even willing to give the new guy a chance. Ditto since the 08 election was a clear win, unlike 2000, where, despite some blurry results, the victor had the nerve to insist that he had a mandate.
