    Dick..:)

  3. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 10:29 AM

    “hubby filed for bankruptcy” would imply that this executive’s signature was on the BK filing, that sort of narrows it down quite a bit

  4. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 10:30 AM

    joe gregory was said to have filed for personal bankruptcy…

    Joe Gregory lives in Lloyd Harbor Long Island, which according to Mapquest is about 18 miles from Manhasset and all the lovely shopping areas.

    5 No way. She lives on Park Av/Greenwich. No way she’s gonna shop on Long Island. Its the President, whatever his name is. The one with the houses in Huntington and East Hampton.

    it’s gregory’s wife.

    @5…this site isn’t for main street. I know you think that the taxes you don’t pay should be used to prosecute every financial executive you hear about on 60 minutes but that is not the case…for the same reason we didn’t lock you up for your failed smoothie king franchise.

  12. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 10:54 AM

    @12 what do you have against smoothie king? that place is awesome

  13. Posted by MarshallStack | November 10, 2008 at 11:13 AM

    Do any of these idiots understand the question? Bess is talking about filing for PERSONAL FUCKING BANKRUPTCY, not Lehman’s filing.

  14. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 11:28 AM

    $130,000? Amateur. Palin got to the RNC for $150,000+ and their power base went BK on November 4.

  15. Posted by miami | November 10, 2008 at 11:49 AM

    so Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton can wear 4-5 figure couture outfits, but not Sarah Palin? Interesting.

  16. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 11:51 AM

    @12, @15
    you are a idiots with impulse control issues. double that if you are the same person.

    @17 take four years and grow a funny bone

  19. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 11:57 AM

    @17
    Its against ‘the code’ to speak ill of Michelle Obama. She is married to The Messiah. She has to be dressed appropriately.

  20. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 12:01 PM

    @18 – “you are a idiots”, huh?
    12 and 15 might be a little overbearing, but they are CORRECT…

  21. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 12:01 PM

    17 Not the same. I believe the comment – from the McCain staff – on the Palin family’s shopping expedition was “it was like a bunch of Wasilla hillbillies being let loose in Neiman Marcus”. Its an image of someone generally acting in a piggy and undignified way. Sort of like looting. Nuf said.

  22. Posted by Suits | November 10, 2008 at 12:05 PM

    There were no reports of Clinton or Mrs. Obama spending that kind of campaign money on clothes. If either of them spend personal money on their wardrobe it’s NBD.
    “The Messiah” is a term used exclusively Fox News watching neo-con twits. Squirm, motherfuckers, the party’s over!

  23. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 12:05 PM

    21 et al. It amazes me that, given the degree to which the R party and its main man GWB have screwed up the entire world over the past eight years (during six of which he was accompanied by a R congress), you’re not even willing to give the new guy a chance. Ditto since the 08 election was a clear win, unlike 2000, where, despite some blurry results, the victor had the nerve to insist that he had a mandate.

  24. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 12:09 PM

    @17..As long as Palin used the her own money to buy those couture outfits then it’s alright with everyone. But she didn’t.

  25. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 12:25 PM

    @22 … way too serious

  26. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 12:32 PM

    @26, is it OK for the DNC to pay for the business suits that the Messiah & Joey wore?
    You are comparing a first wife, with a running candidate. By your standard, its OK to be sexists, but not racists.
    Back to the retraining center, 50 lashes wet noodle and dry gruel for you…

  27. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 12:51 PM

    I believe it is the second Mrs Joe Gregory, not to be confused with the first one got enough money to have someone shop for her.

  28. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 1:21 PM

    I think Smoothie King may be more lucrative/rewarding for a young analyst.
    Here is one for sale:

    You can take turns valuing it.

    23 – funny post
    Maybe someone other than herself will buy her prison pajamas!

    Second Mrs. G. Hoping that their bkptcy trustee/receiver is hot on the trail of whatever offshore accts are funding said shopping spree… .

  31. Posted by guest | November 10, 2008 at 4:53 PM

    No interest in the story in the same Page Six article about the Euro billionaire propositioning the hot model in the bathroom? Doesn’t that have uncle Arki written all over it?

    @23 …..looting isn’t that a democrat tradition?

  38. Posted by no | March 6, 2010 at 6:53 PM

    actually it wasn’t Mrs Gregory, it couldn’t be. Because Joe Gregory didn’t ever file for bankruptcy… its okay maybe next time though.
