  8. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 12:58 PM

    i love all the “PE hot shits” that come post on here. if you’re such a big deal, why aren’t you doing anything? i’m not doing anything because i work at an inv bank. you?
    just confirms that the culture in finance is shit, no matter where you work.

  9. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 12:59 PM

    That is way less than expected. What happened to the days of 1 years full comp???

  10. Posted by bondguy007 | November 19, 2008 at 1:02 PM

    @10, no christmas bonus, haven’t ya heard?

  12. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 1:05 PM

    @9
    You’re too young to be that bitter. And yes were not doing too much either since you bitches won’t give us leverage. So stop whining, start lending, and we’ll take your frown and turn it upside down.

    @13- 90k is not a year salary for a director.

  14. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 1:08 PM

    C director got $135K min as annual
    (When i was there 2 years ago)
    90K sev is cool.
    In MS where I work now, ED dont get that much sev

  15. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 1:10 PM

    I would advise any left over Directors to voluntarily go and take that 90K and run away
    C is going to be locked down from Monday.

  16. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 1:10 PM

    @16 Thats a joke.
    Hedge fund severance is standard one year full comp.

  17. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 1:13 PM

    For anyone keeping score (like I am), ShittyBank is now worth less than CVS, Kraft, and Gilead.
    They are closing in on Monsanto.
    Can we have a round of applause for Pandit?

  18. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 1:14 PM

    90K cash. dude, infinitely better than the people (if any) who will actually get bonuses, since they will most likely be in C.

  23. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 1:30 PM

    OMG just because you hate Crocs doesn’t mean you have to ruin their stock price and company. They’re worth 60/share as far as I’m concerned!

  40. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 3:26 PM

    How long have people here been laid off? I have been jobless since March. Havent had an interview since June. haven’t gotten laid since July. This is fucking sad… How are you guys holding up?

  41. Posted by guest | November 19, 2008 at 8:07 PM

    @44
    I know your pain, I haven’t worked since May. Golfing all summer was fun, but with Xmas bills coming up and a July-09 wedding to pay for……
    Cheap laughs like reading the drivel being posted daily on this website is what keeps me going (hahaha)

    My favorite is the credit extension Citi made to Ford last year. Like $14 gajillion in credit to a company that is worth like $4 gajillion. Sweet. Even sweeter, the C stock price is closing on on the Ford range quickly. I wonder if Ford drewdown on the line to pay for the jet fuel for the private plane flown to beg for more money….
