You are probably not aware of the RECENT indictments of William Cellini (Springfield fixer) and William Singer ( former near north side Alderman).
Not to mention Obama’s buddy, Tony Rezko, convicted but not yet sentenced.
There are lots of Democrats in Illinois looking over there shoulder.

What an amateur this Blogo guy was. Political favors and exchanges are performed all the time. However, money is often rarely used as a bargaining chip. (too incriminating) This mofo should have went to Obama and asked for a cabinet position appointment right away, while inferring that his own appointment would guarantee whoever the president elect wanted as the next senator to be handed down by him.

Chicago radio is reporting that it was Rahm Emmanuel that informed Fitzgerald’s office.
So not only does it sound like Obama’s people were unwilling to play ball with the Governor, they actually tipped off the Feds and brought the guy down. That’s change I can believe in.
