Unlike Ashley Dupre, this 9-diamonder goes for way more than a $1,000. Cityfile reports that Dan Loeb, one of our favorite members of the Hebe branch of the hedge fund harem, is renting out his jet. For $5,800 an hour you can hop aboard the Jewish Rambo's Gulfstream IV-SP, which seats 12. Contact Key Air to make a reservation. I don't know if this will entice or repel you, but for an extra grand, Ken Griffin will play stewardess.

I think this has been brought up in the past, but I find it hilarious that his First Blood-esque line of work requires reading W and Vanity Fair while circling the globe. Do green berets drink tea "pinky out?"

Is the grub Kosher, and can we get some of those Hannukah chocolate gold coins in the little plastic nets as we disembark?

Even better: the egomanic's aircraft holding LLC is called "Big Dog Aviation." (but he's too much of a pussy to let you see where he's going)

@ Lowly Assistant(#2)
Those magazines aren't for Loeb, they're for the hookers.

I figured you'd at least have to charter Ken's own jet to get him serving the drinks. I guess if things continue to stay bad you'll see him hawking cocktail nuts on any CJ in the fleet.

Not that I would pass it up, but its a little too narrow for my taste. Anyone know if a G-V (as in G-five) is any wider?
Posted by guest , Dec 08, 2008 3:19PM
Dudes, the Jewish Rambo is (former i-banker) Rahm Emanuel.

Only a matter of time before all the schmucks who were buying up planes (yachts, helicopters, etc) realize they weren't such a good "investment" after all. Expect serious asset price deflation, as well as an the drying up of existing liquidity. Oh, and the shifting of such toys to Level-3 assets on the BS.

Hookers don't read W and VF, they read Cosmopolitan, otherwise known as 88,456 ways to give a blow job.
Posted by guest , Dec 08, 2008 3:25PM
@8 the GIV and the GV have the same width, thought the V is slightly longer and has more range. If you like wide-body you like Challengers, i.e. CL-601 or CL-604 (they even charter for a lower hourly rate)
Feel free to give me a call for a quote...

Thank you for the clarity, Girl (#11) - btw, any chance you read Cosmo? :)

Girl - How do you know this? Are you speaking from experience?
Posted by guest , Dec 08, 2008 4:09PM
@16, as someone who spent his college years in Nashville, I can confirm that that's the cream of the local crop in TN.

12 Your thoughts on a Falcon 9000? I was once lucky enough to tag along on one. From what I remember, it looked more comfortable than this. Or was I just heady from the experience?
Posted by girl , Dec 08, 2008 4:12PM
Actually i did a survey of all of your girlfriends, by whom i mean the haggardly little asians you pay to carress you while you cry into the sleeves of your Junior Boys department blazer sleeves.
Posted by guest , Dec 08, 2008 4:19PM
@20 The Falcon 900 is wider than the GIV but not quite as wide as the Challenger. It's a beautiful aircraft but availability is sparse and repositioning generally renders it not as good a value as other heavies
If you or anyone else is so inclined to provide me with an opportunity to quote a trip or provide me with a good lead to follow up on, kindly e-mail me in confidence... joe(at)revolutionair.com

Could you imagine NBC laying out 87,000 dollars less discount, for that Beijing to JFK flight Nov 26 2006???? If you ask who.....you just got here from another galaxy.
