   The example of Anthony West working for Tellurian Capital(FSA registered)in London is a classic example of UK/FSA acting like the Pakistani financial authotities, Someone who has possibly contravened FSA and UK, rules working for a curious French fund which will not register him officially. Tellurian commodities seems to have been propped up by ADI,in France to take management funds from investors. West is being prosecuted in several countries and one must wonder what perception is being touted to investors as West is known to have not been a profitable trader.
