   Yesterday I wondered where in the hell Blago would come up with the convoluted idea would arbitrarily withold financing to Republic. He completely ignored the idea that they might have done so for legitimate, financial reasons. Now that I understand what he was trying to do to the Tribune, the rationale for his bizarre accusations makes a bit more sense.
