This lawsuit seeks redress from police officers and prosecutors who falsely arrested and subjected Marcus Schrenker to unreasonable force, in violation of his rights under the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Marcus Shrenker v. Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department.

    Off-topic, but I really, really, really hate Maria.
    Not only is she hard on the eyes, but that voice makes me shudder. Listening to her screech is pure torture.
    Does she add anything at all to interviews? She fawns all over the “guests” and never challenges any of the crap they spew.
    I don’t think she understands anything about the economy or finance, she just parrots whatever she heard at last night’s cocktail party.
    CNBC: do something about that! It’s time to shake up the line up. Cut your losses – get rid of Maria and Dennis!
