Picture 560.pngRobert Jaffe, the so-called “point man” for Ponz. master Bernie Madoff, was supposed to show up to testify this morning before Massachusetts regulators by order of subpoena and didn’t. A spokesman for the division kept it simple, telling the Boston Globe, “He’s not coming. What happens next is to be determined.” Since we know where this is obviously going, at this time, let’s just put our heads together and figure out a. how this one’s planning on faking his death. and b. who gets found first, Schrenker or Jaffe. Our money’s on Bobby.

He is such a fop. He probably think if he dresses in non-bespoke clothes, he’s “in disguise”.
He’s already in FL. I say he boats it over to an island or perhaps to Belize, they can keep things quiet, for a price.

They should get Avellino and Bienes to testify…
Michael Bienes along with his partner in crime, Frank Avellino, has enriched himself by funneling money to Madoff for over 35 years. They both started out as accountants working with Bernie’s father in law back in the 60s. There is evidence to suggest Bienes’ relationship with Madoff never ceased after the 1992 SEC investigation in which he was sanctioned for selling unregistered securities which were funneled directly to Madoff and that he has merely moved his operations overseas to London where he and his social climbing wife have stormed the gates of polite philanthropic society. Recent reports also suggest that Frank Avellino has set up a sham investment fund through which he has also been funneling money to Madoff, Kenn Jordan Associates. Bienes and Avellino continue to do business under the name Mayfair Bookeeping Associates in Ft Lauderdale. Hmmm. Madoff has an office in Mayfair, London where he funnels hundreds of millions of Ponzi money into his dynastic piggy bank
