SATYAM's Bank sTAETMENTS MISSING

SATYAM HAS FAKE JOB CREATION
Because of this fake jobs creation - [for example, bastards from
AP, come to USA without any job showing false job/ fake job - without
any job in USA - and then search for a job in USA after coming here,],
today the H1-B process has become a sham total. It became a big scam -
most of all the consultants in USA do is - find a candidate, bloat his
resume, get a H1-B, then take money from that candidate after he gets
a job. Fuking assholes, because of this, the whole H1-B process became
a joke. It became a painful process for the genuine candidates. Even
a person who has a masters degree in USA is finding it tough to get a
H1-B within the cap time. Reason - fake jobs, fake resumes, fake
consultants.
For those people who think this is racism, my request. I agree not
every one from a particular place does this. But, 90% of the IT guys
from AP do that. Don't lie,
2, Because you are bloating your resume, you are making life tough for
those genuine candidates who are not bloating their resume. Before you
say "my telugu friend helped me", fuk you - check your resume. I am
100% sure that your telugu friend cooked your resume.

Yep, I know this will have some knock on effects for me but I sure hope the US firms that outsourced their business to these thieves really, really, feel the pain.
Maybe they should have thrown "outsourcing failure" into their fucking risk models. Despite the costs having someone else manage you core infrastructure borders on brain dead. Why not hand them the keys to your car, your home and your family, to do as they will? I guess that's why the US is the economic power house it is.
It always amazes me when I see people and companies that think that Indians are totally benign and compliant. Good luck chasing these crooks through the Indian legal system. I'm sure that system will be more than happy to pay the US back for the treatment they got during and after the Bhopal disaster.
I'm also 100% sure there was a very 'Indian flavor' to how the Bhopal plant was run leading up to the disaster. If the Americans managers turned a blind eye then, well ... , Americans are always great at lawyer-ing up after the fact.

@24 - not really.
Look at that business week web page, under the "Related Items" pane. I like the spelling of 'Arrested'. Probably written by someone in Bangalore. I guess it's another candidate for a do-over - no cost.

Anybody catch the 60 Minutes expose on how Wall Street investment banks helped drive up the price of oil with speculation? After Wall Street's role in inflating the real estate bubble, the derivatives mess, and now this, it's a pretty fair question as to whether Wall Street is a net positive or negative for the US economy. Wall Street banks certainly won't be very popular nationwide after the 60 Minutes report. Unless I'm mistaken, things are about to get pretty hot on the regulatory front with Obama coming in.

I want to bet on the cardinals to win the super bowl, can one of you gamblers anonymous members tell me how one does such things?
Posted by VOL IS KING , Jan 11, 2009 10:43PM
@31:
Really, with Rubin, Geithner and Volcker running economic policy and Summers as shadow Fed Chairman, not mention the fact that Wall Street is paying for the inauguration and Obama hails from the derivatives capital of the universe. I think reactionary 60 minutes pieces disusing things they can't possibly understand will have little to no effect.
Besides this is probably just Sumner Redstone trying to get back at his broker for that margin call.

@28 - just ate. dont really want to puke it out.
Posted by guest , Jan 12, 2009 1:16AM
@31: Wall Street banks have never been popular nationwide. They don't need to be, they buy politicians directly.

The most important part of “the pitch” is…
Sam Walton wrote…the price that the consumer pays.
Donald Trump wrote…how you promote what you’re selling.
Roger Clemens wrote…the steroids you take beforehand.
