Robert Jaffe, the so-called “point-man” for Ponz. master Bernie Madoff, has informed authorities for the second time that he will not be complying with the demands of Massachusetts regulators. Last week he RSVP’d no to Secretary of State William Galvin’s request, by order of subpoena, that he appear to answer questions re: Madoff. This time, after they sued him in state Superior Court to provide testimony tomorrow, Bobby was courteous enough to give Bill’s office more than 24 hours notice that he’d be a no show for their meddlesome bull shit session. Are we looking at the face (at left) of our next fugitive? Or just a crotchety old man? We like to think it’s the latter.

No more ditched planes. Just get the suicide part right, Point Man:
1) INGEST Bottle of Vicodin (at least 40)
2) DRINK Bottle of 100 proof Stoli
3) BE IN Bedroom with phone, cell, blackberry unplugged. Triple lock all doors.
4) JUST DO IT 18 hours before you think anyone will find you.
Easy, clean, end of story. Have had enough of Bernie et.al.
How about a crotchety old fugitive?
who are this guys relatives ? any of them work or have worked on the street? appreciate feedback
Eh, he is just a “pretty boy” who married Carl Shapiro’s daughter. She wanted good looking guy (who cares about the “smarts” part), he wanted rich girl.
So now he bankrupted himself, his family, his in-laws. Bravo! Probably the most thorough work he’s ever done.
@2 I couldn’t watch the whole thing because I was so embarrassed for these jackasses. LMAO.
agree @2– so, so horrified.
I hope he runs. Then we can release the hounds; I’m thinking Death Race 2000 style. Bess and EP in the Zombie Mobile screaming BRAINS! BRAINS! BRAINS!
@6 – *The guy pictured* is supposed to be considered attractive?
Really? Jesus, ‘the tribe’ has low, low standards.
Thank you and William Richards for this note…
“ The Bernie Madoff Letter (PacificGatePost) A dutiful reader emailed this to us this morning, and while we’re (mostly) sure it’s absolute fraud– we still need you to weigh in. GTFO or…? ”
While thousands have come to read this letter this morning, I have received many emails suggesting that some readers have skipped the following few words in the introductory paragraph. “…we publish it hereunder, confident that even though it is a piece of fiction, it may contain shreds of clarification on recent economic events.”
The significance of the Madoff fiasco was such that I felt it worthwhile to explore the community through his eyes. I made certain assumptions as to his psychological make-up and wrote from there. Nevertheless, this letter is a flight of fancy, a little like the one at the following link. All just efforts to tweak thinking a little. Your readers might enjoy this post (a Letter To CEOs):
