Care to have a word with Ken Lewis? Surely you'll be able to find him at Phil's Tavern, one of his two fave dive bars, on Monday, when PT will be providing beers for around the price of the firm's stock, $1.50. The rub here, though, is that you must drink them out of your BAC-issued biodegradable propaganda mugs, which will prove difficult for some.

Too bad the employees can't see this message since the bank blocked this website.

Charlie Gasparino reporting from dive bar urinals. The situation is extremely fluid

the Euphemism Department of the Federal Government is hiring - the term Legacy Loans isnt working and the department was taken away from Timmy Geithner - Ken Lewis would be perfect AND no salary cap.

Wideclops can afford plenty of scotches off his unemployment check.

What do you think Kenny's favorite book is? My guess is Flowers for Algernon. He really connects with the protagonist.

You guys are such losers for writing posts like this. I feel like a loser for reading it, but can you not come up with something more thought provoking to write about? Phuckheads. No wonder you're not on Wall Street anymore.

Gasparino accosted me in the dressing room of a Men's Wearhouse. I have never been scooped like that before in my life.

@7- 1. yes, they can come up with other things, hence this not being the only post on the site.
2. why are they losers for this? don't you think it's nice that Phil's is offering cheap drinks for BAC employees, when morale is totally low?
3. "No wonder you don't work on wall street anymore"? Last I checked, the writer of this site has never made any claims to have worked on Wall Street.
4. "Loser"? Really? That's the best you can do?

#12,
#6/#11 here. Appreciate the feedback. A little litery reference never hurt anyone.

Sigh...
Because we know that the Charlotte Observer refreshes DB for stories now, they should know that Ken won't be drinking at Phil's tonight. He'll be at Sonoma or nowhere. He'll throw some Blue back, probably with Alphin. Then he'll probably head back up to his office ... or the dining room.
