    Because the consolidated their websites a while back and have only provided citi.com and citigroup.com regarding retail and ICG respectively…

    So when do Citi employees become US Gov’t employees? Once this occurs they will be on the 9-5 schedule. Hard to sell all that UST debt when your traders don’t sit down until 9 AM.
