The market is down to 1997 levels. I was back in undergrad during 1997. On CNBC this morning they played Spice Girls' "Tell Me What You Want" which was popular back then. In 1997, Monica Lewinsky was barely a glint in the eye of President Clinton (Note to ex-President-KEEP YOUR GNARLY PAWS OFF MY GIRL Becky Quick!). The CRA (Community Reinvestment Act), anti-red lining laws were barely a year old. Was Obama a Community Organizer back then? I think OBL might have still been in Saudi Arabia back then? WOW! Jose Canseco hadn't taught Alex Rodriguez how to do steroids yet! Does anyone else remember where they were 12 years ago?

Yeah those investors are all jerks! I can't believe that they wouldn't continue to give money to corporations that clearly were not savvy enough / too greedy / thought they were too smart to manage a fucking company responsibly. He's going to blame the consumer next for not buying enough goods and that's why our factory workers are getting laid of....oh wait we don't make anything in this country anymore. Shit.
