This was never an agreement to put B of A’s name on the stadium itself, Yankee Stadium will never carry a corporate name next to it. It would have been for signange in and around the Stadium (i.e. Gate D would be named the Bank of America entrance at Yankee Stadium and they would control a majority of signage and ATMs in the park). Things like that.

You know, in a country like a United States where there has been outright institutionalized class warfare against the poor for at least a hundred years and institutionalized class warfare against the middle class since at least the 70s, at a time when class warfare is a Forbidden Subject in the general media, that a rich prick would find it ironic that suddenly now that the rich are under fire that talking about class warfare is OK.
Apparently subtly is lost on this crowd.
And dear lord, why bother spending ones life bringing up the declining standard of living since the 70s? I mean, that’s just an economic stat. The lack of easy access to Maseratis though, that is all heart.
The only thing keeping this “blog” aka advertising business alive is Bess’s humor and the sometimes humorous comments of idiots on the boards. Well, and all the people who actually take EP seriously.
Oh, and CNBC. I forgot. This is America after all, gotta mention the TV.

@36 – Well then your Yankee fan, though smart for being a Yankees fan, is incorrect. Both the Mets and Yankees played on Polo Grounds at various times, though the Yankees started at Hilltop park when they first got to NY. They didn’t move to the Bronx until the ’20s. The Mets, who didn’t come around until the ’60s played for only a few seasons at Polo Grounds before moving to Queens.
