Well, you bitches missed your chance. You had the opportunity to sleep where Dan Loeb hath slept and you blew it. The Jewish Rambo’s townhouse at 7 MacDougal Alley has been sold, to an unknown buyer (Griffin?) for $5 million, down from the original $7.85 million asking price. (Loeb and his family remain safely ensconced in their $45 million penthouse at 15 Central Park West.) And that’s all I have to say about that.

Dear Mr. Loeb: As one of the largest fans of the Loeb=Rambo meme, I am shocked that you have failed to maximize the sales price of the 7 MacDougal Alley (“7MA”) property. We watched your efforts with good faith and had looked forward to a scintillating and engaging outcome. Instead, we learn — through popular media, moreover — that you sold 7MA at 63% of its initial asking price. Frankly, we did not expect this inexplicable level of mediocracy and disrespect for your fan base.
[insert three or four paragraphs of insulting flyspecking here]
It is admirable that you employ a Rambo-driven, value maximizing investment strategy, but this transaction fails dismally to that end. We expect more, and stand ready to assist you in this endeavor.
Sincerely,
Your Biggest Fan
Glad the little prick didn’t get more for the property
