Is AIG Holding An Executive Retreat Today?

That’s what it looks like, unless this is April Fool’s joke by the proprietors of the Red Lion Inn, where this photo was taken this morning in Stockbridge, MA. Or perhaps it’s the insurer messing with everyone, in an attempt to convince people it’s turned up its hearing aid to the criticism, by not eliminating but downgrading the corporate vacays to a relative dump.
Confirmed: Red Lion Inn indeed yukking it up.

      $200 for a suite? What self-respecting AIG “executives” are going to slum it in the Berkshires at a $200 per night B&B? And advertise it?!
      Unless…AIG is one step ahead. They should hang that sign at illustrious hotels like the Holiday Inn Express in Sheboygan to make it look like they’ve moved downscale.

      I stayed their once for a wedding and nailed a bridesmaid. Wasn’t that bad of a place.
