Does any one know what percentage / how many shares CalPERS owns? I’d assume that would be enough voting power / swagger to pull ahead of funds etc, right?

CalPERS owns 22.7 million Bank of America shares, or about one-third of one percent the bank’s shares outstanding.
Bloomberg is reporting KL will stay.
