Vote Tampering In Charlotte?

Supposedly Bank of America “cannot report results of shareholder votes [and whether or not Ken Lewis goes] today because of [unexpectedly high?] volume.” Right.

Does any one know what percentage / how many shares CalPERS owns? I’d assume that would be enough voting power / swagger to pull ahead of funds etc, right?

    +/-1%

CalPERS owns 22.7 million Bank of America shares, or about one-third of one percent the bank’s shares outstanding.
