    Is Berkshire Hathaway a hedge fund? Yes, but it’s a bad one. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are also hedge funds; but better ones. The only reason why BRK is impressive is because the share price is so high and that’s just because Warren refuses to pay a dividend and has accumulated retained earnings for decades, not because he’s a really great investor.

    What is up with the Atlanta District of the FDIC????
    Were they slack as sheet for the last 10 years and are now cracking down?
    or
    Are they the only ones with the cohonays (sp?) to shut down the insolvent banks?
    Yeah the ATL is bad but not as bad as South Florida, Nev/AZ or most of CA.
