Potential charges apparently include “alleged violations of insider-trading laws as well as failing to disclose material information to shareholders.” No comment from the Countrywide founder’s representation, or Moz himself, who has reportedly barricaded himself in a local Mystic Tan.
Will BAC be on the hook for those sweet legal fees? A reader believes so! “And if I remember correctly Ken Lewis (aka his shareholders) was a schmuck and agreed to cover all of Angelo’s legal costs, which would probably include civil charges.”

Goddamnit, that picture always, without fail, makes my laugh.
When do they pull the stitch out of that right eyebrow, and let it droop to its natural state?

Creepy pic! That head looks photoshopped on someone else’s body.

@4 The SEC does not have the power to sue in crimial court or bring crimial charges. Only the state attorney, FBI and DOJ to bring criminal charges.

Moz, I am offering you the FU option sentence. I sentence you to 30 years, you have the option of adjusting it to a death sentence after 5 years or after 10 years you can convert to a life sentence which works out to 20 years or you can convert it to hard labor after 9 years and do 3 extra years. But don’t worry about it, I hear you are going to die in one year so this is a good deal for you. You will never have to complete the sentence.

    LA@#6…
That picture of Moz, or for that matter, any picture of him always makes TGFD laugh too.
How could anyone ever buy anything from him? People who look like that and who dress that way always make me suspicious, no matter WTF they say.
TGFD’s policy is to always avoid their kind.

TGFD- are you saying the fact that he has no taste makes you suspicious? or his loud clothes?
    how do you avoid that?
You wear a lot of Dockers dont you.

  21. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 5:44 PM

They must have put that suit on sale, various guests and talking heads on CNBC have had worn that suit or variations thereof. The “al capone” look is apparently “all the rage”.

looks like claymation straight from Clash of the Titans

  23. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 5:48 PM

I am pounding my secretary in her ass while I watch breaking news on CNBC.

  24. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 6:10 PM

    Guest@#20…
“Clothes do not make the man; however, they do announce him.”
His polished nails, his fake tan, his polished teeth, his counterfeit sincerity (especially that) all betray the obvious (to TGFD at least) thief who lurks beneath.
As a homeowner, TGFD would not by a mortgage from someone like him.
As a consumer, I would not buy insurance, investments, motorcars, appliances, or clothing from someone like him.
As a businessman, I will sell to someone who looks like him, but only after my assurance of payment is absolutely secured. I will not buy anything from someone who looks like him.
As a person, I always avoid any kind of acquaintance with someone who looks like him.
There are always other people available who don’t look like that. They may be thieves too, but at least, they would pass the initial muster with TGFD.
Yes, TGFD does wear a lot of Dockers. I’ve written about my clothing preferences before on DB. Too bad I didn’t save it; otherwise, I’d replay it for you.

His suit is so loud I still cannot hear myself think.

  27. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 7:52 PM

Big deal, so he goes from tacky vertical stripes to tacky horizontal ones. If he even goes away. Betcha he dies in a tragically freakish ski lift accident in Vail first, because getting locked in his sunbed overnight would just be too obvious.

  28. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 8:50 PM

i have three great options for you! which of them do you prefer?

  29. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 9:07 PM

The Gay from Delaware has made me lose my erection and now I can no longer pound my secretary in her ass.

  30. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 9:25 PM

I am American from one of the 49 other states. Where is Delaware?

  31. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 9:42 PM

Sometimes I watch Flash Dancer and make peanut butter & jelly sandwiches while wearing hosiery.
    The Gay from Delaware

  32. Posted by guest | May 13, 2009 at 11:48 PM

@31 what kind of hosiery are we talking about? Any chance TGFD could get a peek? I prefer fishnets and legwarmers myself, and occasionally I’ll add a leotard too.
And before anyone says it TGFD is not a gay. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Don Mozilo, they dishonored my daughter.

  35. Posted by guest | May 14, 2009 at 9:35 AM

The Real TGFD did not write #32.
Although TGFD is a leg man (I discuss this in my Treatise on Women), I do not prefer fishnets, legwarmers, or leotards.
On women, TGFD likes to see thigh-high nylons in pale colors…nude, gray, or off-white. Black occasionally. No red or blue.
Clowns@#31/#32…If TGFD suspects that goons like the two of you might be wearing hosery, I would avoid you, even if you don’t look like Moz.

What will happen to the tan when he’s in prison? I don’t think he’ll have enough yard time to keep it up. The horror.

  37. Posted by guest | May 14, 2009 at 5:01 PM
