No big deal at BofA. At one of the origination units that reports to this guy, we have “morale-boosting” parties for the remaining team on the same day that they lay-off folks. One of the senior MDs routinely acts like a juvenile on steroids. He once grabbed a lady director (who since has been promoted to MD), did the grind and slapped her ass multiple times, right in front of the entire team! No big deal at BofA.
