    $45K….Can’t you make that selling hotdogs on the street in Manhattan? Joe the Plumber makes more than that off speaking engagements.

    In this market, why should the bottom tier get anything? Your thoughts, kids?

  16. Posted by guest | July 7, 2009 at 2:13 PM

    I’m willing to bet these numbers will far exceed the bag of s$*t the analysts at BofA will be receiving

  17. Posted by guest | July 7, 2009 at 2:20 PM

    @16:
    I personally sign off on any bonuses. For $500-$1,000, I charge a bottle of Wild Turkey sent to my PO box in Boone. I do not sign off on anything over $1,000. You should be happy you have a job, ok?
    Now back to the front, coz the people are lining up to cash their unemployment checks.

    25 The rif used to be “I’m so well educated, smart and hard working, plus Manhattan is so expensive and I work such long hours Bkln or Hob are out of the question that I deserve the world”. Now its “I’m gonna keep quiet cause thankfully I wasn’t cut. Even though I’m overpaid given that all I do is hump spreadsheets and bind pitchbooks, it allows me to stay in NY and not be an Iowa Corn Farmer”.
