Thanks to many folks in the Golden State who still don’t quite know the difference between a right and a privilege, the current hit to the California state budget from lawsuits stands at $1 billion and counting. The prevailing mindset of solving the budget crisis by suing the state for making certain budget cuts is impressive even by the highly litigious standards in this country. As the state would have undoubtedly been chastised for wasteful spending by hiring expensive lawyers to defend its interest in court, their record so far against lobbying groups mimics that of a pitcher who is about to be sent down to the minors. With a few more “wins”, the only group of people happier than the victorious lobbying groups will be the newly freed California inmate population.

DB has inflamed my hemorrhoids over the last week.

Chartering a bus for prisoners instead of a plane would be a good first step.
NYT has a story on FMF and yet Gregums has still yet to come up with anything. I only hope they are waiting till Bess returns to put up a decent post on it.
Dear California,
Its called a U-Haul.
Thanks,
Captain common sense
@2 – Driving buses full of inmates to Tennessee, Mississippi, and Oklahoma is something of a logistical nightmare.
@ 3 link? thanks

@3 Thanks for the heads-up.

Stinks like sweaty August BLANUS in here.
God, I think your writing is getting worse. Too much exposure to EP.

@11 That was more interesting and made more sense than anything posted today.
I miss muffie
@11: Jesus, the Son of Sam and Forrest Gump must have had a child…you…the way you write. Your writting is so shitty you probably have your journal on toilet paper.
And you, “Band her Snatch”…the best part of the creative work you’ve ever done with your hands is hastily wiped and wrapped in a tissue or in a small puddle on the forensic team’s black light glowing floor under your computer.
I’d like to encourage everyone to spend a moment over at the appropriately named Going Concern. As of this post they still haven’t bested 10 comments today. Plus they’re a bunch of weak sucks whose feelings are easily hurt which makes taunting them a bit more satisfying.
Spend five minutes wading through the shit floating around over there and, relatively speaking, Dealbreaker looks less fucked.
Still, if Dealbreaker were a nursing home with Greg and EP the sole caretakers…the residents would be trying to off themselves in droves.
Trying to put a positive spin on things,
HH
Greg, best article yet. Really highlights the sad state of affairs in this wonderful nation. With more pieces like this, hopefully, we can turn this around and make America great like it once was!
DB readers cannot buy a break
Headgiving Horseman: What the fuck are you complaining about? Jesus…were you fucking the chicken when you wrote that chicken scratch you call a comment?
A good backup plan on a day like this:

@HH
I tried. I just couldn’t do it. After reading that KL belonged to everyone because the writer was a taxpayer, I started sniffing the dry erasers in my office. This is a better use of my time.

guy on the left in this photo just made my day.

@22 horses and hacks? Nags and nerds?
@ Tax Chick
Yeah. Regarding the KL post…you’ve gotta love that logic.
@TC — I do believe that the guy on the left is wearing a tuxedo shirt, and he also *may* have an open fly but it’s hard to tell. The girl is also a tough call, but it appears that she might not have shaved her legs.

@23 Chicks with dicks
@22
Legs appear shaved (or so zoom-in seems to indicate) and the one in the black (or navy?) is definitely no tranny, most likely a North-shore long island jap with a crappy nose job
@22/25
Good call on the shirt. And I’ll give you credit on the open fly issue… hard to tell exactly, but I am desperate for a laugh. Also, girl on the right has her hand on the inside of dude’s leg.
So I revise my title to: sluts and putz.
Re FMF – do any white non-jewish chicks attend? Or is it all second generation east asian/african golddiggers? I’d think there’d be a couple eastern bloc fembots – but haven’t seen a single photo without some flat chested indian chick trying to look hot.
@22 Holy shit look at the snout on that JAP.
Does anyone have the number of a good rhinoplasty guy for Snuffaluffagus in the black dress?
@28 I don’t like the plural/singular combination. Nags and nerds continues to lead the field.
And that nose looks like the prow of a schooner that faked its way in, disguised as a cocksure slattern.

I read this a couple times and still have no idea what the story is. Somebody’s using California? What is the “a right and a privilege” bit supposed to mean, does this have something to do with driving?
@29 – what site are you looking at? I havent seen a single indian girl. Unless theres some bloc of beak-nosed fair-skinned indians with zilch indian feautres that i have yet to hear of.
